An evening with Helen Wilkinson – offering compassion, kindness and hope

Helena Wilkinson is an international speaker, counsellor and trainer addressing psychological and theological subjects. She works mainly in a group context, facilitating therapeutic courses for eating disorder sufferers. Her interest in helping other people came about as a result of her own journey through trauma, dissociation and anorexia.

She is a committed Christian and has a passion to see wounded people treated.
