Cinnamon Leadership Training

The date for Cinnamon’s Leadership Training day has now been announced as Friday 14th October 2016. This will take place at St Giles Church, Northampton 9-5pm.

Cinnamon Leadership Training is an exciting opportunity for people who are either running or looking to lead a project to get first-class leadership training through a one-day video-based training course.

Q. What will be covered during the training?

Candidates will be taught how to lead confidentially, how to build and care for a team, how to promote the project and establish partnerships, how to raise funds and evaluate progress.

Q. Do we need to know what project we will be doing?

No. If you don’t yet know what project you want to do but know there is a local unmet need then you’d can still access the training. During the training candidates will be helped to think about what kind of project will help meet the local need.

Q. Do we have to start a Cinnamon Project after the training?

No. There is no obligation to start a Cinnamon Project either after the project or at a later date. If you want to do something else you are free to do so.

Q. How much is the training?

The full day of training with materials is FREE.
