Simon Edens, Northamptonshire Police Chief Constable, kindly invites community and faith representatives to join him for a light supper at Police Headquarters.
We are inviting a number of people from different community and faith groups from across the county and I do hope you will be able to attend.
At this event there will be an opportunity for you to meet me and some of my Chief Officers Team as well as a variety of officers from community policing.
The new Police & Crime Commissioner Stephen Mold will also be present.
This year we have been celebrating our Golden Anniversary. In 1966, Northamptonshire County Constabulary merged with Northampton Borough Police to become one unified Force so we will be acknowledging this at the supper.
It will also be an opportunity to celebrate the national initiative of Inter Faith Week which commences a few days after and there will be a short address from a representative from the Northampton Inter Faith Forum.
It will be helpful for catering purposes if you could let us know whether you can attend by responding to Nick Stephens or Rachel Packman, as indicated on the invitation. If you would prefer to write back, please write to them at Campbell Square Police Station, Northampton, NN1 3EL.
I very much look forward to seeing you on 10th November.
Yours sincerely
SIMON EDENS
