East Northants Community Services have recently entered into a partnership with Corby Borough Council to manage a new night shelter and move on accommodation. This project aims to reduce rough sleeping in the area and move individuals onto more permanent housing.
We are looking for three talented, passionate and hard working individuals to form a team to support the clients, manage the house and work closely with volunteers and other partners in the local community.
We are looking for:
A Night Shelter project manager, who will oversee the whole operation of the project, manage the staff, volunteers and work with the clients.
A Move-on coordinator who’s role will be to create individualised support/pathway plans for the residents, supporting them in identifying and accessing more permanent accommodation and who will support those in the supported accommodation within the project.
A project coordinator who will be integral to supporting both other staff, volunteers and the clients. This role will ensure the project has all resources it needs to succeed, will support clients in accessing support and doing paperwork such as signing up for benefits and will work closely with volunteers to provide the best support for residents.
