Homeless Support Officer

Our homeless accommodations aim to support people remove barriers to maintaining their own accommodation, as well as providing a roof, friendly face and support.

The role of the Progression Resident Coordinator is to support the Senior Homeless Support Officer to create individually tailored support plans which will enable our residents to achieve a successful sustainable life and to secure accommodation in the future. Working with the team, the post holder will empower residents to successfully manage their support plans, by delivering high levels of support in a person-centred way.

Shift Support Worker

We are looking to recruit an individual who motivated, passionate, and dedicated to join our team at our Rushden Homeless Accommodation.

You will work as part of a team to look after the day to day running of the project and to promote a calm and constructive environment. The role will respond proactively to issues, emergencies and other issues that may arise and will be a key part of ensuring the house runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for supporting clients in their journey with us.

Post holders will build working relationships with the individuals to best support them but will work within house policies and procedures. The post holders will undertake lone working on site and will be responsible for their safety and the safety of the residents, working within the boundaries of the project.

Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for a new member of the team to lead our staff and volunteers to deliver life changing work for those facing poverty, homelessness and addiction.

Encompass has grown significantly in the last five years.  The next few years are about achieving our priorities according to our strategic plan including another rehab and the opening of our Day Centre. The role will focus on ensuring the services being delivered are to a high standard, that the information and the way we collect information is effective and efficient, and that the staff have the resources and motivations to robustly deliver high quality services.
